Navigate to the Files & Assets page, click the Upload button, select your project and files, and submit. Files are instantly available to your team.
How can I communicate with my designer? ▼
Use the Messages page to chat with your design team. Each project has its own conversation thread where you can ask questions and share feedback in real-time.
What file formats are supported? ▼
We support PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe XD (.xd), ZIP archives, and most common image formats. Contact support for other file types.
Can I download all my project files at once? ▼
Yes! Go to Files & Assets, use the filters to select your project, and then download files individually or as a batch ZIP archive.
How do I track my project progress? ▼
The Projects page shows real-time progress for each project, including status, due dates, and completion milestones. The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview.
