By accessing and using Studio Flow, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Studio Flow for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or warnings
- Share copyrighted material without proper authorization
Intellectual Property Rights
Studio Flow retains all rights to the platform, including all content, features, and functionality. Files uploaded to your project portal remain your intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your files solely for the purpose of operating the service and serving your collaborators.
Limitation of Liability
Studio Flow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.
